As I am going on holiday in 4 weeks I have decided I need to go on a diet in order to look my best by the pool. I have tried many diets before however, none of them seem to last long term. I would be very grateful for any tips which you have. I have some small tips which I have researched myself online but having other peoples ideas may be just what I need. Here are the tips I have come across so far:
- Drink lots of water
- Eat breakfast
- keep a food diary
- Plan ahead
- Exercise
These are really general and I would prefer something a bit more personal so please comment with your ideas. Also if you know of any snack foods which I could have to help me alon the way!
